Who we are

This site is operated by Inflect-IQ Pte. Ltd., a private limited company incorporated in Singapore (UEN 202624250E). Principal activity: data analytics, processing, hosting and related activities (SSIC 63119). For privacy matters, the data controller is Inflect-IQ Pte. Ltd. Our Data Protection Officer is the Chief Executive Officer, reachable at privacy@inflect-iq.com.

What this page covers

This is the privacy notice for the inflect-iq.com marketing site. It does not cover the LedgerAI product itself. That product has its own in-app privacy notice and data processing terms.

What we collect on this site

Contact form. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email, optional company name, and message. We use this only to reply to your inquiry. We do not sell it, share it with third parties, or add it to a marketing list without your explicit consent.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, which records aggregated, anonymous page-view counts. No cookies, no cross-site tracking.

Where the data lives

Contact form submissions arrive in our company inbox via Resend. Analytics events live with Vercel. We do not maintain a separate CRM or marketing database for site visitors.

Your rights (PDPA)

Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, and may withdraw consent. Email us at privacy@inflect-iq.com and we'll respond within the timeframes the PDPA requires. For inquiries that never moved past the initial reply, the data is the message thread itself; we'll delete it on request.

Our products

Personal data processed insideour products (such as LedgerAI) is governed by the product's own privacy notice and a Data Processing Agreement, under which we act as a data intermediary. We'll update this page if anything material changes. The “Last updated” date above always reflects the most recent change.
